Registration and verification

Who can register as a provider?

Suitable candidates are specialist companies and self-employed service technicians with verifiable experience on pool, snooker or carom tables and in the services offered.

Why is my provider account verified?

The verification process is intended to provide clients with greater transparency. Company data, service areas, coverage region and, where applicable, trade, insurance or qualification certificates may be checked.

What information is required for registration?

Company name, contact person, contact details, address, coverage area and services offered. Depending on the profile level, website, tax or registry details and certificates may be added.

How long does approval take?

The time depends on completeness and scope of the check. Missing or unclear information may lead to enquiries. Registration therefore does not automatically mean approval.

Can I change my service area later?

Yes. Service categories and regions should be editable in the provider profile. Changes may be rechecked if they affect partner status or the assignment of requests.

Requests and Quotes

How do I receive suitable requests?

Matching may be based on service type, region, availability, provider status and the stored service profile. A request is not a guaranteed job.

What information should a quote include?

Scope of work, materials, travel, price or basis of calculation, estimated duration, possible additional costs, time window and validity of the quote.

Can I ask follow-up questions before submitting a quote?

Yes. If table details, photos or access information are missing, follow-up questions are sensible and often necessary to avoid miscalculations.

Am I obliged to respond to every request?

No. Only respond if the service, region, timing and qualification fit. However, a quick acceptance or rejection still improves the user experience.

How should I handle changes to the job?

Additional work or costs should be agreed with the client before execution, described transparently and documented in the system.

Membership, commission and billing

What costs apply to providers?

The planned introductory model envisages an annual access fee of €49.00, later normally €99.00, and a commission of 5 percent on accepted jobs. The terms shown at the time of signing up are binding.

When is a commission incurred?

A commission should only be incurred upon a defined successful mediation or acceptance of an assignment. The exact trigger must be clearly specified in the production workflow and in the provider terms and conditions.

How are payments processed?

Depending on the enabled model, memberships or commissions can be billed via PayPal, Stripe or other payment methods. The specific service payment can be made directly between the client and the provider.

Do I receive invoices or settlement records?

The intended billing centre is to document memberships, commissions and payment status. Legally required receipts depend on the respective payment transaction and contractual partner.

What happens in the event of a cancellation?

Decisive factors are timing, costs already incurred, materials, travel and the agreed conditions. Cancellations should be documented in the workflow.

Profile, quality and obligations

What does “Verified Partner” mean?

The status indicates that defined company and verification data have been checked. It is not a guarantee for each individual service, but it increases transparency compared with unverified profiles.

What obligations do I have regarding customer data?

Customer data may only be used for the specific inquiry and order processing, must be appropriately protected and must not be disclosed without a legal basis or used for third‑party advertising.

How important are status updates?

Providing up-to-date status information reduces follow-up questions and builds trust. Offers, appointment scheduling, work commencement, completion or cancellation should be documented promptly.

Can my provider account be suspended?

Bei falschen Angaben, fehlenden Zahlungen, erheblichen Qualitätsproblemen, Privacy Policyverstößen oder Verstößen gegen die Plattformbedingungen kann eine Einschränkung oder Sperrung erfolgen.

How can I receive reviews?

A review process can be implemented after completed jobs. Reviews should relate to services actually brokered and be factual, verifiable and fair.
