Withdrawal & Cancellation
Withdrawal and cancellation are different processes. This page explains the main principles for consumers, service orders and provider memberships.
1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Commencement, duration, exceptions and consequences depend on the specific contract and the applicable legal provisions.
2. Commencement of Services before the Expiry of the Withdrawal Period
If a consumer expressly requests an early commencement of services, a special consent and acknowledgement may be required. Where the service is fully performed, the right of withdrawal may expire under statutory conditions.
3. Cancellation of a Service Appointment
Appointments should be cancelled or rescheduled as early as possible. Depending on the agreement and costs already incurred, charges may apply for reserved labour time, staff, materials, travel or third‑party services.
4. Custom Fabrication and Materials
Special rules and statutory exceptions may apply to materials that have been ordered to measure, customised or already procured.
5. Provider Membership
Termination, term and renewal are governed by the model displayed at the time of subscription. Commissions already accrued or other amounts due generally remain unaffected.
6. Declaration and Contact
Cancellations or terminations should be declared clearly, quoting account, enquiry or order details. Contact: [Insert email and postal address].
7. Sample Cancellation Form
